Site layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also included in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
